Community rooted and guided by holistic wellness, Hazel blends trauma informed training, intuitive wisdom, and lived experience into her work.
She is a Mother, Spiritualist, and certified Master Hypnotherapist with specialties in PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, Fears and Phobias, Pain Management, Caretaker support, and Childbirth hypnosis.
She holds a BS in Psychology in Human Relations with a minor in Biblical Studies, is certified in Reiki I & II, Zumba Fitness, and carries a background in herbalism and over 30years as a professional dancer, choreographer, and performing artist.
Her experience in individual and family care planning, intake, and consulting allows her to hold space with compassion, clarity, and a subtle, earth-rooted magick.
